Moreover, they are without preservatives, dyes, gluten or lactose. These original recipes are wonderful as an aperitif, accompanied by raw vegetables or just spread on country bread. Handmade in Haute-Provence since 1947. The terrines are developed as in 1947, filled at the fork, quality always passing before productivity and automation. The pork used comes from animals born in the heart of the mountains of the High Alps, raised in the local tradition, with a diet based on cereals.
In the workshop the same gestures have been perpetuated for more than 71 years … However, this does not prevent you from keeping them for more than three years before consuming them (if you do not succumb to the temptation to open them before).
