The pichade is fabulous!
For 4 people: 1 commercial shortbread, olive oil, 2 boxes of anchovy fillets, black olives, 2 ripe tomatoes, 1 pot of pichade of onion à la niçoise.
Spread the dough and garnish with a pie pan. Prick the bottom with the teeth of a fork. Cover the bottom of the dough with the pichade of onion à la niçoise. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put them on the pichade. Put black olives and anchovy fillets.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (Th.6).
Bake for 20 minutes (more or less depending on your oven). Sprinkle with oregano from Provence and serve with a nice green salad.
