For 4 people: 6 cloves of garlic, 1 dried bay leaf, 1 teaspoon of coarse salt, 1 branch of sage.
Crush the garlic cloves crispy thyme using a flat knife. Bring 1 liter of water, garlic, sage, bay leaf and coarse salt to the boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Filter the broth. Add a dash of olive oil PDO Baux de Provence and enjoy.
