croquets aux amandes

Nicknamed as ‘snack teeth’, they are very simple to make.

250 g flour, 180 g sugar, 2 pinches of salt, 2 large organic eggs, 1 tsp. orange blossom water, 175 g unpeeled whole almonds.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° (th.6). Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Dig a well and break the eggs. Add the orange blossom water and mix until you get a sticky dough.

Add the almonds and knead the dough. If necessary, add a little cold water to obtain a homogeneous paste.

On the baking tray lined with parchment paper, form strips about 1 cm thick and 20 cm long and 3 cm wide. Bake for 25 minutes. The dough must blondir.

Let the croquettes warm for 5 minutes, then cut into 1 x 3 cm pieces. Let cool completely before eating.
