The sweet and salty mixture of honey gingerbread and goat cheese, accentuated by the slightly tart sweetness of red onion confit, will delight more than one guest.
For 4 people: 4 slices of gingerbread with honey of white heather, 200 g of fresh goat cheese, 1 jar of red onion confit.
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th.6). Cut the goat cheese into slices. On each slice of gingerbread, spread a spoonful of red onion confit and then put 1 or 2 slices of goat cheese.
Put in the oven without waiting (otherwise the bread “drinks” the onion confit), for 5 minutes.
Serve right out of the oven.
